2. AFWA Associate or Certificate Scholarship

Deadline: January 31st

Through the San Diego Chapter of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA, the Associate or Certificate Scholarship is granted for $500 to female college students working to become accountants, financial officers, financial analysts, data processing consultants, and controllers. At Paine College, the Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Scholarship is granted annually for up to $2,600 for 10 to 15 scholars who are majoring in any STEM-related area to become highly qualified data processing or data science professionals in the Augusta area. Within the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Central Connecticut State University, the Daniel Larose Scholarship Fund was created to award $2,000 each year to currently enrolled graduate students who have demonstrated the highest level of excellence in data mining and processing coursework.
